The Banach Scholarship Programme

The Stefan Banach Scholarship Programme is a Polish government initiative supporting socio-economic development in developing countries. It offers fully funded Master’s degree studies in Poland in fields like engineering, technology, agricultural sciences, and exact sciences.

• Nationality: Citizens of specific developing countries (mostly in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe).
• Degree: Must be applying for a second-cycle (Master’s) degree program.
• Field of Study: Must be in engineering/technical sciences, agricultural sciences, or exact/natural sciences.
• Language: B2 level in Polish or English, depending on the chosen program.

1. Find an eligible Master’s program at a Polish public or private university.
2. Submit an application through the NAWA IT system during the annual call for applications (usually Spring).
3. You must be accepted into the university program separately from the scholarship application.
