Science@Leuven Scholarships

The Science@Leuven Scholarship is a highly competitive, prestigious award for exceptional international students pursuing a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Science at KU Leuven. It covers various disciplines including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Geography. The scholarship not only provides substantial financial support but also expects recipients to act as ambassadors for the faculty.

• Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree from a non-Belgian university. Must NOT already hold a Master’s or PhD.
• Affiliation: Must have never previously studied or worked at KU Leuven.
• Excellence: Outstanding academic results from prior studies.
• Language: Excellent English (TOEFL 94+ or IELTS 7.0+).

1. Apply for an eligible Master’s programme via the KU Leuven application tool and upload all required documents.
2. Once you receive the confirmation email for your Master's application, use it to register for the Science@Leuven Scholarship via their official registration link.
3. You must upload a screenshot/copy of your Master’s application confirmation.
