Overview

Offered by the Romanian State to foreign citizens, this scholarship covers tuition, accommodation, and provides a monthly stipend. It is highly competitive and aims to promote Romanian culture and educational excellence globally. Note: Fields of Medicine, Dental Medicine, and Pharmacy are excluded.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Nationality: Non-EU citizens.
  • Language: Must study in the Romanian language (a preparatory language year is provided if needed).
  • Field of Study: All fields EXCEPT Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy.
  • Academic Record: Good academic performance in previous studies.

How to Apply

  1. Create an account on the official Study in Romania platform.
  2. Submit the online application form with digitized copies of your diplomas, transcripts, and birth certificate.
  3. Await the results published by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (usually in July).
