Master Mind Scholarships (Flanders)

The Master Mind Scholarship is a prestigious program funded by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training. It aims to promote Flanders and Brussels as top study destinations. The scholarship supports outstanding international students pursuing a master’s degree at participating higher education institutions, offering a grant of €10,000 per academic year alongside a significant tuition fee waiver.

• Academic Performance: Must demonstrate high academic potential with a minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0.
• Language: Excellent English proficiency (e.g., IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL 94+).
• Enrollment: Must be accepted into an eligible master's program at a participating Flemish university.
• Nationality: Open to all nationalities (excluding Russian nationals due to current regulations).

1. Apply for admission to a master's program at a Flemish host institution.
2. You cannot apply directly for the scholarship. The university's master's program coordinator must nominate you.
3. If nominated, the university will submit your application to the Flemish Ministry.
