Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program
Overview
The Humphrey Program provides ten months of non-degree academic study and related professional experiences in the United States. Humphrey Fellows are selected based on their potential for leadership and their commitment to public service in either the public or the private sector.
Eligibility Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of five years of full-time professional experience.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership qualities and a record of public service.
- Education: An undergraduate (first university) degree.
How to Apply
- Apply through the U.S. Embassy or Fulbright Commission in your home country.
- The embassy nominates candidates to the Institute of International Education (IIE) in Washington, D.C.
- Final selection is made by the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board.
