Overview
The Finland Scholarship is a national initiative implemented by individual Finnish universities to attract the best global talent. It is aimed at non-EU/EEA students liable for tuition fees who are applying for international Master’s programs. It is one of the most generous scholarships in the country because it not only waives tuition but also provides a cash grant for relocation.
Eligibility Requirements
- Citizenship: Non-EU/EEA/Swiss citizens who are liable to pay tuition fees.
- Study Level: Must be applying for an English-taught Master's degree program at a participating Finnish university.
- Academic Excellence: Highly competitive; awarded only to top-ranking applicants based on previous academic merit.
How to Apply
- There is no central application. You apply via Studyinfo.fi when applying for admission to your chosen Master's program.
- In the application form, check the box indicating you wish to apply for the scholarship.
- The university will evaluate your scholarship eligibility concurrently with your admission.
