Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC - Type A & B)

The Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) is a highly prestigious, fully funded scholarship program managed by the China Scholarship Council. It aims to promote mutual understanding, cooperation and exchanges in various fields between China and other countries. The scholarship is available for undergraduate, master's, and doctoral students across hundreds of designated Chinese universities.

• Citizenship: Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health.
• Age Limits: Under 25 for Bachelors, under 35 for Masters, and under 40 for Doctoral programs.
• Language: HSK Level 3 or 4 required for Chinese-taught programs; TOEFL/IELTS often required for English-taught programs.
• Academic Standing: High school diploma for undergrad, Bachelor's for Master's, Master's for Doctoral programs.

1. Choose your track: Bilateral Program (via Embassy/Ministry in your home country) or University Program (Type B - apply directly to the university).
2. Apply online via the official CSC portal (campuschina.org) and upload notarized transcripts, study plan, and medical forms.
3. Submit your application to the relevant receiving agency (Embassy or University) before their deadline (usually January to April).
